I see a pattern, and I don't like it. I find a piece of jewelry that I stare at for hours on end thinking over and over...
I must have this.
This would look great with...
I must have this.
I need this.
Should I buy it?
Yes! Yes! Yes!
I add the item to cart, then quickly walk away from my evil computer to get my wallet and credit card. Wait, wait, no! Put down the credit card my good angel says. Buy it, you deserve it, says the jewelry devil. I decide to wait a day.
The next day or a day or two later, I start the process again. Only, as I add the item to cart, I discover that the beautiful piece of jewelry I spent a few hours salivating over and wondering how it would look on my neck or wrist is gone. Someone else has purchased it, and she (or he) better enjoy that piece and wear it frequently.
Case in point, I waited too long and will not own this beautiful necklace. It is simply gorgeous.
Now, rinse and repeat, only with this necklace:
Will it be available tomorrow or the following day, when the jewelry devil wins and I finally decide that I can't wait another day to have it or will I repeat the process again with yet another piece?
Oh...with this one...
On the bright side, morganprather has many necklaces that I like and, when the time is right, I'm positive that I'll find a necklace that I will wear frequently.
