a long and overdue post

Sometimes I forget that I have a blog.  I forget to post the exciting adventures that fill my life.  Ok, much agreed, the posts are not really exciting and sometimes my life consists of lounging on the couch with a glass of wine and a good movie, especially on Friday nights.  However, these posts are updates and reminders for goals (ahem, forty before forty).  This post is extremely captivating, as it is about...drum roll please...radiator covers!

First, I am happy to say that I built, with the help of my father (ok, ok, Dad built, but I did assist with measuring, holding, glueing, and painting), radiator covers over, ahem, Thanksgiving weekend.  We built three, one for the living room, one for the bedroom and the other (not pictured) in the bathroom.

The cats have taken over the living room one, especially on chilly afternoons and warm summer days.
